Good news, man. Slips are gonna happen, try not to make it a habit (pun intended!), though. Just pick yourself up and dust yourself off, and start again. Call someone (like me) when you get squirrely--just verbalizing it to someone else can relieve some of the pressure.
I've stepped up my meeting attendance lately, and am actually thinking about finishing the steps. I think connecting with you here has helped me look at my "program" a little closer. Feeling good and thankful that I'm where I'm at.
Peace to you, Brother Wolf (hey, have you heard the AA wolf analogies yet? Cunning, baffling, powerful and patient. My meeting room has sveral pictures of wolves--I'll think of you next time I'm there and send you some Cali AA vibes)

no - i havent heard of those wolf analogies before - very cool. Most of my meetings are in church common rooms - so not many pics if any at all.

btw - i dont think i have your phone number(s) - if you gave them to me, i lost the post/email by accident. I am so glad though that you are looking more closely at your meetings - that is a GREAT thing!!! Its tough man - but one day at a time. most glad to hear from you my brother

1 is too many, and 100 is not enough

Dire--I don't think I put my phone # on the forum. If you need my #, hit me with an e-mail. Please respond ASAP, so I can delete.
Tom

Hey Dire--hope all is well, at least as well as can be expected in the light of current difficulties, which I know all too well my friend. Hang in there--and keep us in your thoughts too. We all need each other more than any of us know on our own...

Cool; you guys all have a happy holiday break...cats included. I only say that since I am a die hard dog person, as you know from the pic of the corgis...of course, they LOVE cats.

No need for guilt--just a little bit of bi-coastal AA BS.

Actually I thought I might be able to sneak my query to Dire under the wire, but you are ever vigilant about your threads, Mr Tell.

How about that It Hurts Me Too with Duane on 4/26? Love that slide!
